Performance analytics allows you to track author, article, and category performance. This information can help you determine which articles are performing well, need revisions, or are the most searched by users. All performance analytics information can be filtered by project version and date at the top of the performance page.

The main cards show the number of article likes, dislikes, views, and reads and the graph table under shows each statistic, including average user read time, for each day in your selected time frame.

Performance Analytics graph

You can view analytics for specific authors, articles, categories, and countries. Authors, articles, and categories can be sorted based on likes, dislikes, views or reads. By default, they are sorted by likes. The countries tab shows the countries and the number of views from those countries in descending order.

Author drill down

You can click an author if you want more detailed information about their project contributions. Each member account is associated with its own set of analytics, which includes:

Most viewed articles
Articles created
A log of actions for that user

All team member information can be filtered by date range.

Team members can also view their individual contribution analytics by clicking their profile avatar in the bottom left corner of the project dashboard navbar and selecting My Profile.
