Making a knowledge base private

Document360 lets users make a knowledge base private. Private documentation is only accessible to users with reader accounts, and used most often for internal company documentation. When a knowledge base is set to private, users must sign in to view articles.
By default, all projects are public when first created.
Private knowledge bases are a premium feature and are available on Business, Enterprise, and Enterprise+ plans.
To make a knowledge base private
- Open Site Access (public/private) in Settings.
- Click Private.
- Click Yes in the confirmation modal.
Once set, accessing the URL for the knowledge base will result in a login screen.
